Comment after comment after comment informs me that this trademark has been used in the iTunes Store for quite some time to indicate podcasts.
1) I don't listen to podcasts
2) I'm surprised there are still people who do (are there?)
What remain is this question: Why the fek didn't anyone mention that when this post was up?!
