Fickle (or just plain stupid) consumers cost the electronics industry $13.8 billion in the United States in 2007 alone. Between 11 per cent to 20 per cent of electronics are returned, depending on the type of product, Acenture said.

Fickle? Stupid?

Try selfish.

You know how many times I've read in forums people posting that they're going to buy something just to be able to fondle it?

So for all you honest people who get stuck with a restocking fee, you know who to blame.
