Is Steve Ballmer A Cokehead?

I was watching this series of video Q&A with him by the Washington Post.

He starts out verrry animated, touching his nose as a tooter would, and as you go through the videos, through time, he winds down and seems slightly drunk.

One thing is certain, he's no thinker.

I heard the same crap back in the early 1980s.

I think the heads of companies should submit to random blood tests and the results publicly posted. Why should they subject their employees to that without being held to the same standard? And since they are operating public companies, the public should know the results.

I'd really like to know what was in Ballmer's bloodstream during these videos.
