Brigitte Handley And The Dark Shadows

Last year, after bugging the hell out of her, Brigitte booked a New York City date before returning home to Australia -- just so I could see her band in person and take pics for my blog!

That's right, I got to see and photograph the New York City debut gig of Brigitte Handley and the Dark Shadows!

Well, we all know what the hell happened to the old blog.

But I still have the photos -- I just haven't gone through them and cropped and de-red-eyed ones to publish.

It's been so long that now Brigitte Handley and the Dark Shadows will be doing another U.S. tour.

This video is one of my favorite songs of the group. Brigitte's the lead guitar and singer. That lass with the green hair on bass is Carly. I don't know who that is on the drums. It's not Ned, who I saw in NYC (she's the one between them in that poster of tour dates, above). The band is all-female now. And they rock like hell!
