NBC now has a very nice iPhone/Touch-optimized Web site. It even allows you to watch full episodes from a couple of its shows. None of the other major TV networks have anything like it. Good job NBC!

As far as I know: none.
Not Palm, not Windows Mobile, and certainly not Symbian. I'm not sure if Android will accomplish this. Forget ACCESS altogether.
Financial Times has a multi-part video interview with NBC's Jeff Zucker.
It's a chore to concentrate on his words with that monstrosity around his neck, but he does mention Apple in this portion.
