It's not exactly bug-free (some for-pay apps came up despite my specifying Free, for example) but it could be a good way to browse iPhone/iPod Touch apps while at work when you can't use iTunes.
(Yes, I know you could use your iPhone or iPod Touch, but this is another way, OK?)
