R.I.P. Writer Barrington Bayley

Barrington Bayley: science fiction writer
Barrington Bayley was hailed as the “most original science fiction writer of his generation”, according to Michael Moorcock, a peer. Bayley built up a large and loyal fan base with witty novels such as Collision with Chronos (1977) and The Fall of Chronopolis (1974). His books often explored the author’s fascination with time travel, and correcting history’s mistakes. Protagonists would often be vexatious, troubled characters.
