I don't think anything has changed the regularity and consistency of my writing quite as much as my Alphasmart. Like most owners, I fondly refer to him as Alphie.
Wow. I haven't heard of AlphaSmart in a long time. In fact, I thought they'd gone under after putting out a model running Palm OS!

By the way, from time to time I've asked published writers this question at signings. They look at me as if I had a second head. But then, I'm used to that look from everyone.
